Library Instruction Request Form

Quincy College Librarians offer library instruction upon request. Librarians work closely with instructors to develop instructional sessions for individual courses. All classes include an introduction to Anselmo Library's electronic resources. Classes last from 30-60 minutes depending on the topics covered. Instructors are required to attend the entire instruction session along with their students.

Note: This form is only for Quincy College instructors. Upon receipt of this form, a librarian will get back to you to finalize a time for your class session.
